Meet Our Team

  • Dr. Clint Serafino

    Dr. Clint Serafino is a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist with over 14 years of expertise.  He has worked with the highest levels of the US Military, including Rangers, Green Berets, SEALs, and the Special Operations Command in Germany.  In 2017, he completed a Fellowship in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy, which puts Clint in the top 1% of Physical Therapists.  Throughout his career, he provided technical and clinical expertise to professional athletes in the MLS, NASCAR, and Professional Bull Riding, as well as NCAA Division I track and field and soccer athletes.


    Clint is renowned for his ability to identify the root cause of pain and dysfunction and deliver the most effective interventions to address both.  He serves as a Senior Faculty for the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy.  And, he has taught internationally as a Senior Instructor with the Dry Needling and Spinal Manipulation Institutes.  Since 2017, he has been a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy (FAAOMPT).  Clint has mentored Fellows, entry-level PTs and OTs, Physical Therapy Students, and college students at every stage of their professional and educational journey, which underscores his clinical competence, and commitment to excellence and continued professional development.


    Clint has taken an active role in his own health and longevity with his holistic approach to strength training and conditioning by developing and implementing an annual training plan.  This plan includes evidence-informed concepts to drive adaptations to specific training variables through minimal effective dose training sessions.  And, his plan includes objective data tracking for strength, fat loss and body composition, and movement competency and compliance. Clint has earned a reputation for delivering personalized and effective treatment plans that empower individuals to regain mobility, enhance performance, and reclaim their quality of life.


    As a Physical Therapist, Clint empowers active members of our community navigate the healthcare system and the performance space to experience the necessary long-term transformation and longevity.

  • Jenn McConnell

    With more than 15 years of dedicated service as a Physical Therapist Assistant, Jenn has become a trusted figure in the field of rehabilitation and sports performance. As a Performance Enhancement Specialist, she has honed her skills working with hundreds of athletes in the NFL and MLS, Division I collegiate athletics, and thousands of members of the community recovering from orthopedic surgery.


    As a certified Performance Enhancement Specialist, Jennifer has played an integral role in getting athletes to return to the highest level of competition.  In addition to opening her own clinic in 2024, she added to her skillset the Pre-/Post-Partum strength and conditioning certification.  Jenn possesses a wealth of experience in guiding individuals through the recovery process, helping moms regain strength, mobility, endurance, and confidence before and after their baby arrives. 


    Jennifer’s commitment to helping individuals move better and return to peak performance is unwavering.  She is committed to her own health and longevity through resistance training and cardiorespiratory fitness.  Jennifer is a running coach and she participates in local 5k and 10k events, and is training for the NYC marathon in 2025. Whether it's on the field, in the gym, or in everyday life, Jennifer is dedicated to being the solution to unlocking your full potential and facilitating a journey towards optimal health and performance. With a focus on personalized care and tailored exercise programs, she serves as a beacon of support to empower our community to make necessary short-term changes for long-term transformation.
